How are the Shipping costs applied?

Junior Frequent Flyer orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. We partner with Australia Post to ship domestically and overseas. 

Shipping costs will be added to your order during the check out process. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes and some remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges.  We will contact you if your requested shipping address is subject to additional charges.

How do I know when my order will be dispatched?

An email notice will be sent once your order is dispatched.  If you selected postage with tracking, the tracking number will be included in your shipment notification. Please allow up to two working days for your shipping notice to be issued.

My order is urgent, what can I do?

If you require express international shipping, please contact us to arrange a quote.  You can contact the Junior Frequent Flyer control tower at: info@juniorfrequentflyer.com.

I can't see a shipment option for my Country?

Junior Frequent Flyer sends to numerous destinations in Europe, North America, Asia and the Pacific.  If your country does not appear at the checkout, please contact us at: info@juniorfrequentflyer.com and will we provide a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL : How long will it take for my order to arrive?

IMPORTANT: Australia Post is experiencing delays to international destinations due to COVID restrictions.  To some destinations, parcel deliveries have been suspended.  Please expect standard postage to take up to 30 days to arrive to international destinations.

Please note that the below time frames are based on standard delivery times  and are subject to change, particularly during the COVID period.  We cannot guarantee the service timelines promised by our third party postal services.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All orders shipped within Australia include tracking.  You will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking number upon dispatch.  Please expect your parcel to arrive between 3-5 working days upon being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you selected > Small Satchel - Standard Parcel Post (with tracking)

You will receive a shipping notification containing your tracking number upon dispatch.  Please note that delivery times are slower at the moment due to COVID.  For up to date delivery times to your country, please refer to the following link at Australia Post 

If you selected > International Prepaid Envelope (no tracking)

Your order will be sent via regular air mail and will not be able to be tracked.  We will send a notice to advise when your order has been dispatched.  Standard delivery times are currently 25+ business days.  For up to date delivery times to your country, please refer to the following link at Australia Post 

Will I be required to pay Duty or Taxes?

Please check your country’s regulations, as the shipping price does not cover any potential customs charges. We do not collect any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs for international deliveries.  You will be responsible for any taxes or duties that are levied on your order. We have no control over any charges that may be imposed by authorities in your country on your order, and cannot predict what those charges may be.
